Langerhans Cell Histocytosis in Cervical Spine: A Rare Case Report

Langerhans cell histocytosis (LCH) in spine is a benign disorder that rare adults and mainly affects children. We report the case of 16 year-male presented to us with severe pain nape region upper limb radiculopathy along limbs weakness for 4 months. He had history fall injury 6month ago. Radiological investigation revealed have solitary osteolytic lesion pathological fracture at C6 vertebral body. MRI showed hyper intense T2 sagittal images T1 The patient underwent surgical management form excision lesion, anterior Corpectomy C5-C6, C6-C7 discetomy reconstruction titanium cage plating. Patient immediate relief radiculopathy. accurate diagnosis LCH was founded on histological examination.
